This isn't as bad as some people make it out to be. However, I've never seen a movie suffer so much from sequelitis. This lacks creativity and the atmosphere of the first one. It's seems irrationally scared to take chances, and instead recycles a lot of the original. The nods and jokes are also a lot more hit and miss here in comparison. I'm all for making a sequel, but if this was the plan, I don't think I needed it. It's not necessarily bad, but unnecessary in all.

When Netflix will only sign off on a sequel if you promise to work in a Queen song somehow. Dumber (SO much dumber), duller, with actors desperately trying to sell jokes of the "I'M RANDOM LOL!" kind that was all the rage among 14-year-olds in 2006. Has no clue what made the first one work and just flails ineffectively. Back into the icebox you go, McG.

The movie is fun. Just like the first one was...fun. Remember fun? You know, the reason why you go to the movies?

Much of the self-aware meta charm is gone, but this is still a relatively fun, entertaining almost horror movie. I've always been a little curious about the aftermath of horror movies, because I imagine it's hard to explain such things to the authorities, and this one addresses that, but it's nowhere near as funny as it should have been.

It’s no longer lightning in a bottle, but with great effects and enough jokes that some are bound to land, Killer Queen is still a good time for genre fans looking for a messy good time.

The first one was a lot of fun. This one is not.

The frantic teen need to keep things "crazy" & anachronistic 80's references (who is this for?) kept me from turning it off (it was also the only thing friend & I could agree on) but this still felt like a drop from the original. The constant attempts to engage in shock comedy (but never anything that might offend a Woke liberal) rarely hit & so that becomes annoying. I also expected to see Weaving, but she doesn't show up until the end which is a huge mistake. Worse, they make her good - why?

Okay don't get mad at me but this is the type of movies I really enjoy. Both movies were linked together so well and those references are actually amazing. It's way more absurd than the first one, story is lame as f*ck but considering this is what this movie offers makes this movie great.

A rehash of the first movie done at the expense of all its continuity and character development.

Absürt. Şeytanla işbirliği yapan insanlar ve hayatta kalmaya çalışan bir genç.

I liked the first one. But his one is just... meh. It misses the mark, brings nothing to the table, isn't very fun and mostly cringe inducing. Quite sad.

Like so many sequels it tries too hard to rehash the best moments and characters from the previous movie to recapture its success. Still this sequel has enough enjoyable moments to be completely disregarded.

It's just too many random things all crammed into one movie. Some of the jokes are funny, some are just really cringeworthy. The first one was good, but this movie did not really need to exist.

The first 30 minutes or so are simply awesome: typical McG pop frenziness filled with tons of self-conscious, hyperlink jokes about trauma, college life and coming of age angst -- sexuality, overprotective parents, the feeling that no one sees or hears you. The problem is, once the new cult starts, it gets less interesting as it goes by -- despite the always juicy, comic gore material.
