Sort of a quasi sequel to Angels with Dirty Faces (1938) focusing on The Dead End Kids trying to reform themselves of their bad ways. Plus they thrown in Ronald Reagan for someone Ann Sheridan can play with. Plot wise this was going all over the place, but it sure was wild when letting the gang loose!
