The Age of Consent has a fresh young cast like Richard Cromwell, Eric Linden, Arline Judge and in her first film Dorothy Wilson. With so little experience there was no one really to carry this. Regardless of it being filled with youthful hormones and the taboo topic of virgin sex, I found this mostly dull. It did have John Halliday & Reginald Barlow representing the older generation. Probable the most lively character in the film was Barlow as the old fashioned father!
