The Actress

It's a funny and - I'm sure for a lot of people - relatable movie about an actress trying to record an audition. It is a bit of a one-joke film - something keeps distracting her and standing in the way of her making that recording - but it's a good joke and most of the time it works. However, the film's asset is Aura Hawryluk, the kid playing the protagonist's sister: she is an absolute natural as the bored, fed-up younger sibling who has to do big sis a favour, and she nails all her reactions.
