That Sugar Film

Was irritated most of the time by this annoying person, trying to prove something so hard. I always hate it when people change their diet drastically and so suddenly, and then blaming all of their changes on, in this case, sugar. I agreed with some points, but saying fructose is terrible for you is stupid, since it's in fruit.

An engaging doc with a charismatic host and a message that comes across as a little preachy, but does expose some uncomfortable truths and tells us in plain terms some facts that we should already know. Sugar is baaad, m'kay? Gameau does approach the topic from several angles, but the comparison with Morgan Spurlock is inevitable and Gameau is neither as funny nor as ballsy. He is here simply to inform, not to smash the system. Fair enough. It's made me cut a couple of cakes.
