The $20,000 beginning of Capra's six-week quickie period at Columbia, the recent rebranding (in name only) of CBC, Harry Cohn's small and little-respected studio at the heart of Poverty Row. Sweet and pleasant comedy overall, and the leads are cute together. A man gets punched through a baluster at one point. They say the box lunches did double duty as the production's catering.
