In the 17th of the 24 films in Monogram's "Range Buster" series, Texas ranch owner Conroy returns from Washington with an order for horses to be shipped to the Philippines. The Range Busters, Dusty, Davy and Alibi, are selected to take the horses there but, before leaving, they capture three spies who are trying to steal the horses and also learn that the ranch cook, Cookie, is a Japanese spy, but he manages to escape.

Terrible as a western and just as bad if not worst as a war propaganda film.

The Range Busters joining the war effort using Hitler and Mussolini as target practice. They also prepare s shipment of horses to the Philippines. All from their cozy ranch in ol' U.S of A, where bad men tries to sabotage their plans. David Sharpe steps in for Ray "Crash" Corrigan for a few episodes. Not that he in any way improves the impression of the Range Busters. He brings a fresh energy, which came in handy for that wild bar brawl! Still fairly corny entry in the series.
