This has to be one of the lowest budgets ever, or whoever made this should be super embarrassed. I only give it some score because it is so bad you will laugh your ass off on more then one occasion. From the super cheesy 'sets', to really bad acting, and to top it off the worst beast suit ever (at least have it fit the actor for fuck's sake; it makes the bear in Hercules In New York look spectacular).
