Actually better than I remembered it. Tezuka has a lot of interesting ideas, but the animation itself seems often sketchy or hurried. I can relate to that. Except the first and last segments, I found everything amusing.

interesting but not really entertaining.

I admire Tezuka's versatility as an animator, I just wish his stuff had more substance.
