A Dolphy comedy co-starring with his live-in girlfriend at the time - Alma Moreno and good friend Panchito. First off, the movie is way too long, has too much drama and hardly a great production. Dolphy is always best when zany and here he only get to do a little of that. But it does have a wonderful shaking home at the railways and Dolphy in jail. So while far from his best, it still has those Dolphy moments.
