Telling You is not an incompetent movie. It's not exactly bad; it's just boring and inconsequential. It's not a chore to watch, but if you're hoping to glean anything from the experience, you're going to be disappointed. Most of its talking is just that. It's talking that doesn't precede any action or importance. It does have an interesting cast, but good luck remembering more than a couple of character names or even scenes. It's all so unimportant that you'll forget it all as soon as it ends.
