Looks what's been dug up. Apparently there was a assassination plot against US President Roosevelt during World War II (actually the plans also included Stalin and Churchill), and this is the British-Italian post-war movie about it. That's something which got me excited, until I was nearly bored to death by this slow and uneventful build-up leading to a lackluster climax. There's a reason why this has been forgotten.
