A film about Japan's internal and external struggles with itself. Nothing ever comes together, tonally, visually, or narratively, but it all works in a strange way, regardless

Cheesy music and late 70ies hairdo; a teacher who breaks into a nuclear power plant to steal plutonium and build an A bomb with which he threatens the Japanese government. And an almost indestructible badass cop. It's crazy entertainment indeed, even though the movie has some lengthy parts.
