Sword Master

If youre into wuxia youll enjoy it as a good modern genre entry. The story is melodramatic and standard for the genre, and the acting for emotional outbursts is laughable, but again its all suitable and acceptable for genre fans. The character of Yen is a fresh addition and gets a decent arc and adds well timed humor. Its a treat to look at even without 3d and despite a few cgi backgrounds that just glare your eyes out. The climatic battle was exciting. Some touches of wuxia flair were too much

The story itself is great and a classic. This interpretation was pretty solid and I would've liked and enjoyed it more if it wasn't for the terrible and distracting CGI. The acting and martial arts worked well for the story.
