Way too much of a reliance on poorly done CGI effects. The action is also poorly handles with jump cuts, shaky cam and camera speed changes, makes it so you can barely tell what's going on. The story is convoluted and badly written, seems like the director watched a lot of Martial Arts films mixed them with some spy TV shows and then tried to direct a film like Quentin Tarantino. After seeing this mess of a movie it comes as no surprise that this director hasn't made a movie since.
