Riny Iype Maattummel (Biju Menon) is the right hand man of businessman Lonappan (Innocent). Over the years Riny skims Lonappan in return for getting Lonappan out of sticky situations, including murder. Finding an opportunity, Riny exploits it & corners Lonappan to help him settle elsewhere with a jewelry shop.
