I've got to say this had a great opening. Much closer to the source material than the series from the late '90s and that's a good thing. There was some cool stunt work on display which balanced out the questionable acting. This is a down-and-dirty crime/cop drama and if the direction wasn't so bland it most likely would've been a cult classic.
