Summer in Berlin

although friedrich's character is mostly an annoying, child-neglecting, self-absorbed bitch, nadja uhl's, and the events surrounding her, is a nice counterpart to that. especially her relationship with a very strange truck driver is weirdly amusing, and her job as a geriatric nurse adds credibility to her charming, but somewhat messed up lifestyle. the subplot about the kid was ok, but had no real impact in any way. still, all in all, not bad at all.
