The film, inspired by the true story of two women who would become known as the "Cocaine Cowgirls," follows two young influencers who are tempted by a luxurious, all-expenses-paid cruise around the world. However, the dream quickly turns into a nightmare when they realize they are now part of a deadly drug trafficking ring.
