Sucker Money

A bad one. Extremely poorly written when it comes to the human logic of it. It's too naive about... everything. They try to sprinkle it with a sensational spiritual plot, but nah.... The acting was poor too. Mischa Auer who is usually good at playing the mystic can't do much with his character here and just about the only real person there was Mae Busch.

Mischa Auer is good, yet the script is weak. Most who see this movie become more interested in two of the fake spiritualist's henchmen, than any of the primary characters or situations. Not a good omen.
