No way near as good as the awesome Street Fighter II. This fills like a shoddy after thought to cash in on the release of the new game. The animation is sub-standard and some of the worst I have ever seen.Every thing just looks flat and bored. The plot is sloppy and there is no great action pieces. All in all this is a very poor addition to the Street Fighter series

As befitting its status as a promotional movie, this feels more like an info-dump than a film. It doesn't have anything that past Street Fighter anime iterations haven't done better. This one has mediocre, utilitarian animation and so much exposition that I had to rewind several times just to catch it all. Worst of all, it doesn't enrich the experience of playing the games. So why bother?
