Strange Behavior

There are very few movies that I'm going to recommend to you based on a peeing scene, but this is one of those movies.

Another one of those movies you watch where you feel maybe the rewatch will be better since you're not stuck there guessing where it will be going but you know you are never going to watch this again on purpose. Some dank attack scenes peppered throughout this muck

I imagine that Laughlin is a decent director, although perhaps horror is not a strong point. There's nothing exactly wrong with this movie, and there's even a lot to like. Presents an unusual take on the slasher formula that has multiple killers. Sometimes 'low-key' veers into 'ho-hum' but I largely appreciate this odd bird. Halloween 2023.

Well-staged sleeper slasher with a weird pace and some tonal shifts that somehow kill most of the fun. But the deaths are cool and conspiracy vibe is pretty eerie from start to finish -- university giving teens money to test drugs and do experiments on them, some of them becoming killerrs.

Yet another dull, misfired horror movie. It's set here in the United States, but it's so obviously NOT been filmed here
