A classic love triangle, and a typical Bollywood blend of musical, romance, comedy, and melodrama. It's played EXTREMELY broad, in a way that was really off-putting to me. And Salman Khan is a total knucklehead. However, it's hard not to get caught up in the exuberance of the thing. The cinematography is gorgeous, the song and dance are top-notch, and Rai is mighty fine eye candy. The scale and energy of the spectacle makes it a mostly enjoyable time.

Ajay plays one of the most boring characters of all time here. I didn't enjoy watching this movie even if it wasn't technically awful. Salman Khan's involvement didn't exactly add any positives either. The only great aspect of this movie is the 'Nimbooda' song and dance sequence -- just watch it on YouTube and you'll be better off for it.
