Loved it and you really don't have to be a Batman fan to appreciate this doc.

Like a lot of West's filmography, this really only works because West carries it. This is not much more than of a collage of footage poorly shot and lacking adhesion. Even the central premise of getting West a star on the walk of fame (see title) is barely covered (inadequately). So if you don't know who West is you still won't know him after seeing this. But if you do know West then you may see more of the man than other glossy overviews have captured. And more Adam West is always a good thing.
