Park Man-su has spent his entire life living strictly by the rules. He never as much as wakes up late and in return he receives only disdain for being rigid & boring. When he loses both his job and his marriage, he abandons his rules and ends up arrested for public urination. At the police station he meets criminal Cheul Gun. together they flee, stealing a police car and gun.
