Stiff, mildly grotesque animation pushing the most basic versions of the usual Soviet propaganda points of the day (i.e., a "fat pig" bursting at the seems with money, some heavy-handed anti-clericalism, and a "noble worker" who comes to cheerfully toss all the money in the state bank (oh, pardon, the "people's bank")). The personification of propaganda cinema as a man with cameras for eyes was... er... something.
