I normally hate silent comedies, but this one works surprisingly well. It's not hilarious, but it's kind of cheeky and amusing. The plot is a lot of fun, and the acting is quite good too. The characters are interesting, Remember is likable and it's fun to watch her rise through the ranks of Hollywood. Eleanor Boardman and Richard Dix had pretty good chemistry and they were enjoyable to watch together. Though, the Scudder subplot isn't quite as entertaining as the main plot.
