Got some strong points. Any issue with the slave trade, the little they showed of that. And naturally the brutal wreck toward the end including the lifeboat situation made an impression. Gary Cooper was as handsome as ever, especially as he had George Raft to charm. Cute couple. They did forcefully push in a couple of girls for them, but that was the weak point of this movie and defused the slave trade focus and slowed down the tempo to the ridiculous. Too Hollywood in a dreadful situation.
