Soulmate

This movie was built to make me cry. You have two excellent lead performances that are so good that I could never separate them and decide which one was better, echoing the movie where even if they are apart, they aren't separate. You have sad piano music layered on top of much of it (and some Joplin). A brilliant script that isn't a thriller but has enough twists to be one while providing a lot of food for thought and emotional oomph. There's some excellent use of metaphor too. Beautiful drama.
