Somebody Killed Her Husband

Nobody is better at being in a situation they barely understand than Jeff Bridges so I found enough enjoyment out of this to warrant an above average grading (please ignore my percentile, I've been working on reranking films as I noticed the 60-70 range contained about 80% of the movies I've rated so I'm spreading those out a bit more but there's so much more to do, this is the kind of work I enjoy though). As a married man I don't approve of the affair but I liked the courting. Hypocrite.

Jeff Bridges gives a good performance in this film. Unfortunately the script is lackluster and the climax of the movie could have been more exciting. The relationship of the 2 main characters also seems rushed. Overall this movie is disappointing.

This movie is more weird than funny. The one thing it definitely isn't is romantic. The acting from all involved was bad.
