This comedy short is based on Jimmy Murphy "Toots and Casper" comic strip with Thelma Hill & Bud Duncan playing the characters. In this short film they can't decide if San Diego is north or south so they end up in divorce court! There they exaggerate just how bad they'd been treated in this marriage. And thats the simplicity of the comedy. Mild laughs for a stupid couple.
