Shôrin shôjo

Contains maybe the most ineffective giant mob of bad guys in cinema history, which kind of hilariously mirrors the terrible defense played by all of the lacrosse teams. It's formulaic and predictable to a fault the size of the San Andreas, with painfully forced involvement from two of the irrelevant dudes from Shaolin Soccer for the sake of selling it as a sequel. There's very little that's particularly good about this; its value probably comes down to how much you like Kou Shibasaki.

As bad as this film is with the plot and execution, I couldn't bring myself to hate it. I think it was mostly because of Kou Shibasaki kicking ass, which should have made up more of this movie. Instead, we are subjugated to watch boring lacrosse matches that have no suspense whatsoever.
