Three individuals learn the meaning of love, loss and loneliness: Adam, a successful young chef, creates confectionery masterpieces for weddings, but has yet to find his own bride; Sufi runs for miles each day, attempting to outrun the memory of his dead wife; and Ariel, a young playwright who discovers that theatre is a stage where her past is finally resolved and her future is unveiled.
