This wonderfully terrible "The Naked Gun" knock-off plays like the leftover footage of an unaired TV show crammed together to make a movie. Although bad comedies are rarely funny-bad, this wacky joke of a film has you laughing with and at the movie for majority of the runtime. The clumsy agent 00 Soul is joined by his 6' 9'', 450 lbs, doctor+lawyer son, Jr. and his sexy surprise British secret agent daughter, as they go on "Scooby-Doo" adventures with rapping mummies and Russian assassins.
