Bae Doona meets all kinds of wacky people, bounces around like a cartoon character, and gets mixed up in a budding gang war. It's a fantastical kind of fluffy comedy, which largely consists of scenes of Bae being chased through various alleys and making cute faces. It has a few laughs and it's never boring, but it's got no substance whatsoever.
