This was a step down from the previous entry. There was less sleazy which wasn't a big deal at least for me but there was also a lot less style which hurt the film. Also, the pacing wasn't as good and the film felt a little bloated. Yûsaku Matsuda seems to have even less personality here but manages to still be cool.
