Considering Sarumba (1950) was a low budget independently produced film that had been on the shelf for three years before finally getting it's release in 1950, my expectations wasn't high. The plot barely feels like it's there in between all the rumba, lacrosse, horse racing, and even cockfighting taking the attention away. This was unfocused misstep.
