"'Sapovnela' means 'the flower that nobody can find.'" says the director's voiceover at the beginning of this short, "We present this film without subtitles (the voice-over was forced on us by the censorship in the Soviet times but the film was banned anyway due to its ending). This was my first attempt at combining music and colors. Also, this is a story about the old florist Mikhail Mamulashvili who created wonderful compositions in his small garden."

It's basically a cinematic flower arrangement (a montage of images of flowers and gardening mostly) with maybe a little bit of political allegory thrown in. What I liked the most here was the awesome choral music.
