Generic mediocrity. If you want some action to pass the time, you could watch it but, with all of the entertainment available to you in the 21st century, there is no reason to watch this.

Starts out very good but derails half way. It's a shame, the potential was there.

Two brothers — one a narcotics agent and the other a general — finally discover the identity of the drug lord who murdered their parents decades ago. They may kill each other before capturing the bad guys.
