Sanmanasullavan Appukuttan

Appukuttan, a simpleton, after getting repeatedly snubbed by girls & constantly being told by everyone that he lacks glamor, travels to Mumbai to undergo plastic surgery & get a new face. But after coming home, the new Appukuttan (Jagathi Sreekumar) finds that his family & friends are under the impression that he is dead & refuse to believe that he is Appukuttan.
