This would be the type of "teen" film which would be popular back when these guys where young. Since they're not young anymore, it's more a bit creepy. Or seen as old guys living their dream. The three move into a large mansion and there are just babes with large breasts living there. No nudes, just naughty. The head bad guy wanting their land was Eddie Garcia, one of the last films for the filipino movie icon before he passed away at the grand old age of 90. Released posthumously.
