A priest and a dame tries to solve a murder. Burgess Meredith is the one accused of the crime, but they think he's innocent. There is certainly not much done to make Meredith's role a likable one: At least not in my eyes, and the rougher tone to a potential light-hearted investigation gives it its own feel.
