Colonel Rajasekharan Nambiar (Murali) & army doctor Sunny Thomas (Suresh Gopi) were friends from childhood who were more like brothers. Rajasekharan falls in love with & marries army nurse Susanna (Gautami), but their marriage is tested after Susanna has difficulty conceiving. Later, Susanna conceives & they start a happy life. Sunny marries too, but his daughter & wife dies in a car accident & he becomes an alcoholic. Then in a shock to Rajasekharan, Susanna kills Sunny & goes to jail. (Summary by iceblox)
