It never fulfills its potential, but the concept is solid and the production earns an easy B+ grade (only the final twist and the vixen-villain are full schlock). Never unwatchable, but never much better than you'd expect.

Almost boring. Jay White seemed a robot in the fight sequences and the overall casting was not that good. The story itself poor and the thing is the previous installment did leave the bar too high.
