Russian Roulette

Fairly fun but formulaic and somewhat convoluted thriller. A bit odd at times, and the music is a little overbearing, but it moves along nicely and Segal is a likable enough lead. Louise Fletcher also plays a small role before she obtained more fame as Nurse Ratched in (the same year's) One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. A lesser entry in the paranoid thriller subgenre common in the era.

Not sure this is ever really that good but enjoyed seeing old Vancouver presented in a way that only traditional bigger cities in America are shown. With this kind of grimy charm. Vancouver gets to play itself for once.
