Run, Man, Run!

Em honra do centenário do terceiro Sergio: o Sollima. Sollima dirigiu apenas três westerns, mesmo assim entrou para o rol de grandes diretores do gênero, tanto pelo conteúdo político deles, quanto pela maestria de filmar. Fora isso ele dirigiu também alguns poliziottescos inesquecíveis como Revolver e Città Violenta. Apesar de Corri uomo corri talvez ser o mais fraco da sua trilogia de westerns, aindsa é divertidíssimo e anárquico na medida certa. DVDRip no MakingOff.

A fairly strange anarchic violent political satire masquerading as a western. It's not as successful as "The Big Gundown", but very few spaghetti westerns are.

I wasn't sure what to expect. A second or even third tier suckfest, really. I couldn't have been more surprised. Yeah, it suffers from some bad acting, and the immemorable lead characters are disappointing, but it was entertaining and worth watching for anybody who enjoys westerns, especially the spaghetti kind.

Another delectable romp in revolution-era Mexico, in the familiar vein of Spaghetti Westerns, this one by Sollima, "the other other Sergio" and starring Tomas Milian again in the role of the thief Cuchillo. Not quite as good as his The Big Gundown but better than Face to Face.

Hilarious and politically charged action/comedy starring the incomparable Tomas Milian as the slippery Mexican thief Cuchillo.
