rvw. better in a lot of ways, especially the songs. the 1st was paced more sloppily but this was harder to pay attention to. i love Teddy and him returning to being an heirloom

At first it has a sort of freak-show value in that it's a sequel to the TV special made 37 years earlier... only instead of using model animation, they used second-string CGI people. Unfortunately it's every bit as puerile and saccharine as the special was, and it's half an hour longer
