If Czar needs one thing it's a better editor. All the elements to make a good film are there, but they feel either underdeveloped or just plain expendable as a result of some truly jarring editing and other post-production choices. I'd say it's a step above 'Coureur', the actors are convincing in their respective roles and it contains some moments of pure adrenaline, so hopefully, this is a step in the right direction.
