With a poster like that, I was convinced pretty quickly that I had to watch this movie. Stuffed with gay, SM and sex references, I wasn't dissappointed. There's even a 5 minute scene where you only see a pair of balls jiggling around. Men walking around in thongs and revealing leather outfits, people saying fuck and shit all the time. And that in a 'kids' movie? That's neat. And it has pretty sweet end credits

The kind of humour your either into or not. And if you are, this is spot-on all the way. Although the jokes about male rape makes the laughter stick in one's throat.

Brilliant! I loved the humor.

Great, funny movie! Yes, a predictable plot and mediocre cgi (when it's not taken into account by how few animators it was done!) But, being mostly on a meta-level, its origins (Nordic sagas) and their fandom (fantasy movies and roleplay game) are treated with tongue in cheek. Definitely not suitable for the whole family but nevertheless a fun watch.

First of all, I'd remove words like"for the whole family" from the description. I watched it dubbed :/, but even if the original version has less erotic suggestions,the vision remains the same and believe me,this is kind of...wrong to show it to a child (there's even a parody of BDSM).The plot's very stereotypical,thus making it a parody. I rated it so high only because of an amount of included fetishes, perverted jokes,almost naked nice male asses, nipples and other bouncing ding-a-ling things.

A cliché-fest storywise with predictable references and seemingly wild but in fact innocent sexual tones and all. Not a big deal but also cute.

Well a strange mix of conventional storytelling in an unconventional form... Jokes mostly felt quite flat for me, and I liked Terkel in Trouble and Journey To Saturn - guess they missed a storyteller like Arcel or Matthesen.
