Trouble has been reported in Placerville where Tom Barton's brother is the Marshal. Arriving Tom finds a phoney Marshal in his brother's place. Some good stunts and the "Chinese" characters treated with respect raise this mediocre western up a bit.

Typical Tom Tyler. Super ordinary western plot and shot action. With the known Jewish silent actor Max Davidson as comic relief it had it's mild moments, but this was very unremarkable. However after seeing a couple of other turkeys from the reliable Reliable Pictures, this was almost a masterpiece....
